Mums+ is a volunteer run, not-for-profit, sans advertising community noticeboard for the Stoke Newington community. Are you a local business, or an individual feeling particularly benevolent, and would like to pay our yearly web hosting fee. Contact mum@mumsplus.com

Spread the word
Mum would like to see Mums+ grow to other areas. If you know of people in other places that would like to get their own local Mums+ up and running get them to email mum@mumsplus.com. The programming has already been already been written for this site and it wouldn't require a re-invention of the wheel to ammend it for another locality. Someone just needs to pay for the initial site set up and the web-hosting each year. Then a pro-active individual needs to gather some listings to get it going and then spead the word in their locality — like Mum did in Stoke Newington.

The future
Stoke Newington has been the most fabulous place to raise a baby, however Mum is moving out of the area. Would anyone like to become the local contact for Mums+ Stoke Newington? In theory there shouldn’t be too much admin as the content should generate / expire by itself. Mum will keep an overall eye on the site. It would just be a really big help to have someone actually in Stoke Newington to be the eyes and ears on the ground.

Mum really hopes the site proves popular and its fidelity maintained by the community minded and proactive individuals that she knows Stoke Newington is full of.
