From the NLMCC website: The NLMCC Sure Start Service offers a range of services to local children aged 4 and under, and their mothers. Men are strictly forbidden to enter Sure Start project areas within the NLMCC in accordance to Islamic practice. The service is primarily limited to families living within a small Sure Start Triangle area, with Cazenove Road as the boundary to the south, Stamford Hill main road as the western boundary and Clapton Common as the Eastern boundary (forming a triangle as the last two boundaries meet at Stamford Hill junction).
