Only if an establishment considers itself child friendly should it be listed here. That means they should be not blinking an eyelid when they see that cumbersome buggy come in the door (and then the next three), chilled about noisy kids, providing relatively suitable menu items and above all good grace when the food starts flying! Tell Mum if you've had a bad experience at a place listed on the site. Repeat offenders will be given a chance to make amends or be removed.
